PSYCHODYNAMIC (CORE COUNSELLING SKILLS)
A brief introduction to Psychodynamics regarding my studies in core counselling skills as this is one of the theoretical methods that have these essential elements such as the id, the first instinctual and desire-driven aspect of the psyche. The ego is the reasoning side of the conscious and unconscious mind. The goal of psychoanalysis is to make the unconscious conscious. You could project your negative feelings toward someone else and imagine they share your enmity if your superego feels it's awful that you have them. Individual and collective levels of unconscious consciousness are what Jung theorises to exist.

The therapeutic purpose is a crucial idea that must be practiced as customisable in the required practice and can be used to apply therapy abilities. The client will gradually build automatic, self-imposed positive ideas, attitudes, and behaviours that will eventually overcome the negative earlier experience over time and with therapy.

The goals of therapy include personal development, clarity, and comfort. Theorems are built on the efficacy of the therapeutic bond that exists between the counsellor and the client. Counsellors establish trust with their clients by treating them equally (unconditional positive regard) and is ultimately about respect and self-respect. People should pay attention to their emotions while thinking in a way that is healthy and psychologically secure.
