It’s been said that in life, we go through seasons. Seasons of growth, relationships, wealth, development, etc. What about leadership? Are there periods of our lives where leadership evolves? When do roles and responsibilities change? What and when are they? How will we know? In this week’s episode, Mike and Melon comb through the seasons of leadership. Using personal experiences, they equate the seasons to those of the world: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. They break down each, describe their characteristics, and how they assimilate to your position, discuss the “flags” that happen for you to realize the change is taking place, and then the importance of accepting the evolving change that is required for growth and not be so committed to never letting go of that season. Although everyone’s timeline is different and unique, it is healthy to have a good reference to utilize when trying to identify your “purpose” as a leader as you move throughout your career and family. Have you experienced this? Have you ever wondered “Am I supposed to keep doing this or is there something else I should be doing?” Does this example resonate or help you? Let us know! **We will be sharing a seasonal graph to cover the points made in this episode** Goals for 2024: -100 Ratings on Apple Podcasts -50 Written reviews on Apple Podcasts -500 followers on FB, IG & YouTube #PBC #PushingBackChaos #Podcast #HMG #HeroesMediaGrp #Veterans #goals #Transition #Military#Hobbies#Operationonceinalifetime #Adversity #StayPositive #Positivity #Struggle #Youcandothis #Priorities #leadership #Evolving Learn more about your ad choices.
