In our Future-Thinkers Leaders spotlight this week is Sarah Thornton, co-Founder of the Finders Keepers, Australia’s largest community of designers and makers.  Having now led Australia's largest design community and her rockstar team for nearly 15 years, please captaining her events business through 2-year pandemic, Sarah knows that her introverted nature is her absolute superpower in leadership.

In this conversation, we chat about how it is through owning her introverted nature that Sarah can be the best leader she can be, and that it’s her superpower in strong + empathetic leadership.  She doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff and we talk through the importance of critical conversations, her best advice for this starting their leadership journey, and the traits she believes essential for longevity in leadership.
