    "And what's so remarkable about the experience for me was the first time I did it, I remember I didn't know very many people. Someone invited me, a friend of a friend, and as I stood there next to somebody, shoulder to shoulder, cutting vegetables, at first we didn't talk, but we were quite joyous. But we were just, you know, didn't know each other."

    "And recently I was there preparing foods for meals for people who had been helping out with the fires in Los Angeles. And it was just so overwhelming to see the love and the connection to this organization but mainly to our community and how we as a group of humans can in a very short time make a big, big difference. And I highly recommend that you do it if you're here. It's just an incredible experience. Enjoy it if you do it."

    "To take care in the way we presenting the food and to realize how our love and energy will go into these meals that will feed and nourish the people that they're being served to. And that the way we place the food into the container should come from some dignity and integrity and generosity. And I really was moved by that. I did it. I felt it in every thing that I served.
