In the men's race Tadej Pogacar gets a shoulder tap from history as he crashes in the rainbow bands but STILL wins in tuscany. We DO get the battle between Pogacar and Pidcock that Katy poo-pooed... should the British rider have been less of a gentleman though? Hot takes on changes after more crashes than ever on the white roads and Pogacar's boss has his say on whether he'll be taking on Paris-Roubaix.

    Loads and loads for Sanny and Katy to catch up on, in the women's and men's peloton. There's the Tadej Pogacar Paris-Roubaix rumours and confirmation from Tom Pidcock that, that ain't happening. Pidock wins his first race for Q36.5, whilst Adam Yates takes the Tour of Oman what exactly is Arabic for Peloton and, a better question , is everybody getting on and performing well at UAE Team Emirates? All's good in the UAE for Lorena Wiebes, as she storms to the top. A chat on safety after issues in France and more on the continued decline at INEOS Grenadiers. Oh, and YES, Egan Bernal is BACK BABY!!
