Nova Kooks - A Keys To Health Episode With Guest Darya Zuychenko Part 1

  • Summary

  •

This episode is based essentially on keys to health. We have been discussing a lot about mental health and well-being on the podcast recently and for this episode discuss alternative medicine and practices to keep yourself flexible and functional for the things you like to do. We will discuss this as being able to keep surfing and or doing activities you love well into your middle years and beyond and how to keep your strength as you adapt into these later years. But mostly we plan to cover this in a general sense. We will talk Massage, Osteopathy, Yoga, The Gym and beyond.

It’s also going to be a slightly different episode as we are fortunate to be joined by a guest. We have Darya Zuychenko. Darya is a Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Registered Acupuncturist, Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.
