    For Eastern Monmouth, including the beaches of Sandy Hook, we've got a high rip current risk in effect through Sunday evening. Today, expect surf heights of 3 to 4 feet with a moderate UV index. Don't worry about thunderstorms, it's gonna be sunny with temperatures in the mid 70s. So grab your boards and hit the waves!

    Moving on to Coastal Ocean, Long Beach Island crew, we've got those high rip currents continuing through Sunday evening. Surf heights are 2 to 3 feet, with sunny skies and mid-70s temps. Perfect beach day ahead!

    Now for Coastal Atlantic pals at Atlantic City - high rip currents sticking around until Sunday evening. Surf heights are 2 to 3 feet, lower 60s water temps, and sunny skies. Get your sunscreen on and enjoy the waves!

    Heading down to the Atlantic Coastal Cape May with the beaches of Ocean City, it's a high rip current risk weekend. Surf heights of 2 to 3 feet, sunny weather, and upper 60s water temps. It's gonna be a blast out there!

    And last but not least, for the Delaware Beaches including Rehoboth Beach, high rip currents are the theme through Sunday evening. Surf heights around 2 to 3 feet, lower 70s water temps, and sunny skies. Keep an eye out for a slight chance of showers on Sunday.
