    Down at Atlantic Coastal Cape May, the high rip current risk continues with surf heights of 3 to 5 feet. Expect mostly sunny weather with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the upper 80s with south winds at 15 to 20 miles per hour.

    And for our friends at the Delaware Beaches, watch out for a moderate rip current risk today with surf heights of 2 to 3 feet. The UV index is very high, so don't forget your sun protection! Temperatures will hit around 90 degrees with southwest winds at 15 to 20 miles per hour.
