  • Mange funksjonshemmede får dessverre avslag når de søker om Borgerstyrt personlig assistanse, BPA, fordi kommunen ikke tar utgangspunkt i intensjonen med BPA. Dermed mister mange muligheten til å utdanne seg, jobbe, ta seg av barna sine på vanlig måte.
