I wanted to talk to you about your intuition. What does your intuition feel or look like?
Now, intuition by Webster's definition is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning; or a thing that one knows or considers likely from instinctive feeling rather than conscious reasoning. But what does that really mean? How do we explain a knowing we just receive. The study of intuition began over 20 years ago and has picked up in popularity in mainstream science which is amazing, but one thing is often a miss from the lab coat investigation of understanding, and that's the personal experience. I believe that we cannot talk about intuition without recognizing the truly personal and individual experience each of us has with it. As well as, without recognizing it as a means of communication.
Communicating what... you may ask... Well, that's where the studies and opinions differ. However, one thing is certain regardless of what your intuition is telling you, people, who are using it tend to be happier and live fuller lives.
This week, we're diving into my definition of intuition. I'd love to hear how you define it, comment and let me know
