Episode #46  the day after my 46th birthday and we have a 46th president! haha... Anyone else out there spread themselves too thin? i have been feeling like that a lot and need to keep cutting some things and stop trying to do so much in so many directions. 

Episode # 45  I actually did some networking this past weekend in LA and i had forgot how cool that is. LOL  oh yeah and i hate the "Count Draculas" 

Episode # 44  i really  want to encourage someone to make lifestyle changes!  its fun and exciting to change for the better! so get off your ass and go change something ! haha

Episode # 43  How bad do you want it?  What ever it is you are doing you have to keep going if you want to succeed!   I had to remind myself more in these current times not to be so hard on myself and create more opportunities.  what about you??

Episode # 42  do you do things for love or money?  Sometimes you need to ask yourself why you started and how you feel about it.  At times i have had to dig into my soul and go back to my past to see where i was and where i now need to go.
