What Bill lacks in pigment and viable hair follicles, he more than makes up for in sustained undistracted attention and reading comprehension. He's the older, possibly wiser, definitely funnier, brother I wish I had. But seriously he's cool as fk and he has more freckles on his long saggy nutsack than there as stars in known universe.
