    This week The Champion: Rising above Setbacks is about Anthony Saldana. Anthony Saldana has been Living with Chronic back pain. He navigates two careers, family, friends, and a love life with a messed up back and neck. He is not in a wheelchair but he has a bulge disc in his back and herniation in his neck that requires physical therapy for 9 years. 



    Our amazing guest is:

    Anthony Saldana is a filmmaker and customer service professional. In 2012, Anthony produced, directed, and edited an award-winning documentary in collaboration with the National Federation of the Blind entitled, We’re Ordinary People. Anthony completed my dream documentary Straight Off The Canvas. Straight Off The Canvas profiles blind artists in New York City. It won a 2021 Telly Award for Public Awareness. He is trying to raise awareness that art needs to be accessible.


    Mind Closet 101 is a life coaching show that gives people the platform to ask questions that have been locked in the closets of their minds, also a one-on-one avenue for people to freely interact and express their inner thoughts without being judged. Where everyone can learn from different experiences, opinions, not only permitted to talk about our victories, success, but also our failures, mistakes, and burdens. We discuss more life-related issues that affect our daily lives, like mental health, relationships, family, communities, and the world at large

    Barr. Olumide Omosebi is the founder and visionary of this Initiative. He brings almost two decades of experience highlighting mistakes often made in relationships and spousal choices, which serves as a guide to intending couples. through this knowledge individuals can make informed decisions in their spousal choices, thereby reducing the rate of toxic unions.  The initiative also helps victims of toxic marriages and those suffering from domestic violence and abuse, by providing them with solutions and the support they need for reintegration back into the society.  As a qualified Lawyer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with over 16 years of extensive experience in private practice, he began to offer his services free of charge to victims of domestic violence and abuse since 2005. Barr. Olumide Omosebi graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan and was called to the Bar in 2004 after graduating from the Law School, Lagos Campus. He started this journey during his “Chamber Attachment” program at the Law School, where he attended some reconciliation and arbitration sessions with his uncle and was very troubled with abuse and violence that he witnessed in some matrimonial cases that came his way.  In a span of 18 years, he’s been able to help countless victims of domestic violence and abuse while counseling and linking them with organizations that can help them, as well as representing some in Arbitration and welfare cases, these he did, all on a pro-bono basis. In 2015, Olumide went full-time into this cause, organizing interventions, holding seminars, teaching and coaching various classes, while volunteering his services free of charge to victims
