Mind Balance Lounge

By: Emma Reynolds Mind Balance
  • Summary

  • As a middle aged woman with an attention deficit, my mind never stops, and I mean never. I have so many thoughts: Some come, some go, some stay a while, some seem a lot more important than they actually are, then I realise and feel embarrassed. To make peace with the noise, I keep learning, in the hope that the right idea, lands on me, at the right time, in the right place: All whilst trying to get parenting my 7 year old right. Amongst the madness, I am actually a working therapist and have clients who come to me from around the World, maybe because I can connect so well with all kinds of thoughts, feelings and experiences, which helps them to feel heard and profoundly understood. I'll share with you, as I do them, thoughts, techniques and guests with skills that have helped me to learn that my thought processes are my superpower, and that my broken bits are the space where the light comes in. I'll cover weight loss, addiction, parenting, business, love and even a little woo woo

  • Root Cause and Changing the beliefs that no longer serve you
    Nov 19 2020

This week I am joined by Sally Guthrie from 'The Freedom Connection'.

Sally trained a few years ago with Marissa Peer, and has gone on to establish herself through the work that she now does, helping clients to uncover the root cause of the issues that they present with.

Sally believes that by understanding the root cause of our issues we can become aware of the belief system, which may or may not be serving us, in order that when we are ready, we can make the changes to the behaviours and beliefs that are driving us.

While Sally is based in Sydney, she works with clients online from around the world and is available to discuss her work, and how it may help you, so you can find her at her website
