  • Summary

  • This is a true story. For twenty years in the heart of Kansas, a serial rapist has been preying on female students at two large universities—Kansas State and the University of Kansas. He has stalked them to their off-campus apartments and in the middle of the night appeared in their bedrooms. The “Kansas College Rapist” has committed at least 15 attacks, but after years of investigations and over a thousand leads he is still at large. Now and for the first time, survivors of his attacks are stepping forward to tell their stories and publicly expose details about his crimes. Together, with the local police in Kansas and the U.S. Marshals, the series Midwest Monster is working to help to identify and capture the Kansas College Rapist.

Darkest story with the greatest narrator

I would listen to ANYTHING narrated by Paget Brewster, but the fact that Audible has combined my love of True Crime stories with my favourite actor is just a match made in heaven.
True Crime seems to be the flavor of the month when it comes to content but hearing from the Survivors just took this to a whole new level.
I had never heard anything about these cases, it was dark but a worthwhile listen.
