  • Riga, Latvia is  a place I haven't had a chance to visit while I have been OUTCAN  - but friends have told me what a wonderful place it is with an amazing history.  Melissa shares her enthusiasm for Riga where she has lived for the last two years.  She has some good tips for any OUTCAN but gives a great insight to what life in Riga is like.  Melissa has asked that I note that in our talk she mentions Art Deco buildings, when she was actually referring to Art Nouveau buildings.
