Freedom Monkey is joined by Barbara Pillon again as we delve into the concept of spiritual bypassing and how it may impede us on our path. Once we have realised that the answer to many of our questions is a spiritual one then care is needed that our minds and conditioning don't co-opt our new found realisation. It is imperative that our spiritual path doesn't become a means of avoiding the work we need to do on ourselves. Spirituality can become like a drug or means of escape. We can have no true light unless we accept and embrace the dark. Find your shadow and learn to love and accept it. Don't try to avoid it, that solves nothing in the long term.
