My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set yourself up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation throughout the week as many times as you like.

This week Venus moves into Aries, bringing a fiery, passionate energy and a determination to follow our desires. So I thought I'd bring you something a bit different this week, and we do some affirmations to help you to believe in yourself and go after what you want. You can either listen and let these words wash over you, feeling the truth of them deep within, or you can repeat them aloud or to yourself, after me. I've made this one short and sweet so that you can do it every day this week. Just wait and see the difference it makes.
