Martinsville: Expect a Dog Fight & a Tattoo Wager

  • Summary

  • This Sunday is the final race before the championship finale and two spots are up for grabs at Martinsville.

Steve Letarte and the boys handicap the race and discuss that Goodyear has their softest tire ever this weekend, but Steve isn’t so sure we will see the falloff everyone is hoping for (6:00).

At the top of the Professor’s predictor are: Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Ryan Blaney, and Chase Elliott, who all happen to be below the cutline (10:00). Hendrick Motorsports still doesn’t have a driver locked in to the championship race and Steve talks about how they will handle Sunday’s race and what to expect.

Christopher Bell is able to point his way in sitting at +27, so don’t bet him to win (18:20).

Tampa Timms has one bet so far on driver to win and that is on Ryan Blaney (22:10). And he is going back to a bet that has cashed the last two weeks — William Byron over Kyle Larson at plus money (25:45). He also likes Alex Bowman over Josh Berry and Blaney over Hamlin.

This week for average finishing position, producer Travis gives the drivers and the guys guess what the number is for their average finishing position bet (30:10).

The Degenerate 4-Pack suffered another loss thanks to Steve and the Professor’s awful picks while Tampa Timms has tried to carry the bunch. This week’s 4-leg parlay is:

    Florida/Georgia over 47.5 points

    Oregon -6.5 vs Michigan

    Navy -9.5 vs Rice

    Commanders -3.5 vs Giants

Travis and the Professor also made a friendly wager on the Ohio State/Penn State game that has a temporary tattoo on the line.
