Born in New York, Martin studied Western philosophy at Yale, followed by private study of Eastern philosophy and the work of C.G. Jung. He earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management and trained in transpersonal psychology with Dr. Stanislav Grof. He is a psychotherapist, executive coach, and a Zen priest. Martin is also the author of “One-Moment Meditation: Stillness for People on the Go.”
