    It was another tale of missed chances as, for the second game in a row, Newcastle squandered glorious opportunities to score when they were in control of the game. Ultimately, Newcastle had no response to a first-half sucker punch from Danny Welbeck as Brighton continued their Premier League hoodoo over the Magpies.
