  • Can You Qualify for the Virginia Housing Voucher? | Explained in 2024 for Landlords and Tenants

    In today's podcast we talk about the Virginia Housing Choice Voucher Program otherwise known as (SECTION 8). Landlords can get paid direct deposit from the government and tenants can get 50-75% of their rent paid for.

    We walk through all the requirements for both landlords and tenants and how you can take advantage of this housing affordability program.

    FYI: all landlords with 4 or more rentals are REQUIRED as of 2020 to have their home approved for vouchers. all future landlords with even 1 rental will most likely be required to be approved soon very soon (within 1-3 yrs).
