Self-Love can be very confusing.
It can feel like another way to feel that you are "not good enough" or inadequate.
We may put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be better.
We may spend a lot of money to look good and feel good.
We may believe our relationships are not working out because we don't love ourselves enough.
But what if these ideas about self-love are incorrect?
What if real self-love was a lot simpler and more natural?
