I created this podcast as a way of healing myself, making myself whole again. How I pulled myself out of two abusive relationships.

First, I want you to know that this is a safe space. Free from judgement and scrutiny.
Second, I care about your mental health and healing. That is exactly what this podcast is all about.
Third, if you are currently in an abusive relationship, there are ways to get out & you must do that for your own healing journey to begin. You can’t heal in the same place that makes you sick.
