Let’s Talk Spiritual Disciplines

  • Summary

  • Ok, it's really easy to get off track in life. We all get priorities out of order, allow things of little importance to take too much of our schedule, and then our balance is off and our connection to God is lacking.

In the midst of it all, God the Holy Spirit is calling gently through the noise for us to find some quiet time and get away with him. Even Jesus spent time away communing with the Father. We are to follow his example as his disciples.

Pastors Joe and Nick discuss some Spiritual disciplines that they incorporate in their lives in order to grow closer to Christ Jesus. One thing we didn't mention on this recording but have talked about recently is called Bless Every Home. Your church can sign up for an account and bring all their church members on board to pray for 5 neighbors per day by name. Even if your church doesn't utilize it, YOU can!
