Hélène est arrivée il y a quelques mois dans le perche, et a ouvert à Mortagne au Perche, la biscuiterie, une "cantine", comme elle aime le dire, où elle propose tous les midis une cuisine maison selon son humeur. Elle nous raconte ce qui l’a amenée à ouvrir, il y a quelques années, son premier restaurant à paris après avoir quitté son métier dans la communication, et l’histoire de sa nouvelle installation, en toute simplicité.
