I recently attended my first conference as an entrepreneur at Landscape Summit 2023 in Louisville, KY. In this episode Marquette and myself get personal about my business journey. We discuss some of the take aways and why I decided to make the Summit my first ever conference.

The event was hosted by Mike Andes, the founder of Augusta Lawn Care. Mike is a passionate and successful landscape business owner who shares his insights and experiences at the event, on his popular YouTube channel and podcast.

At Landscape Summit 2023, I heard from Mike and other speakers who have achieved remarkable results in their landscape businesses. They discussed business trends, marketing strategies, leadership skills, financial management, hiring and retention, equipment and technology, and much more.

I had the opportunity to network with hundreds of other landscape professionals who were eager to share their stories, challenges and solutions. I also made some valuable connections and friendships that extended beyond the event. I highly recommend this event for anyone in the home service industry.
