On Saturday morning at Lad Lake Academy (St Rose location), there was a disagreement between a group of girls. The staff were with the other girls and Libby walked to her room and grabbed her belongings. One staff member was talking to Libby to get her to stay but there was only one staff member and they stated they needed two staff to restrain her. Libby walked out the door. Libby walked down toward Capital Dr in Milwaukee. On the phone they stated after the juveniles walk out the door down toward Capital Dr they often then go EAST. Breaking down and explaining the search warrants in the case of Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley, both of Hugoton, Kansas, disappeared after their car was found 1,000 feet off of Oklahoma State Highway 95 along a dirt path March 30. Veronica was going to pick up her two children for her day visitation and her daughter's birthday party. Jilian was approved through the court as one that could supervised those visits.
