    Today in Kajabi in 5 Minutes, we're discussing the templates and expert services area built right into the Kajabi dashboard. This feature helps you connect with other professionals if you're looking to hire some help. You can find this space in the Kajabi dashboard, just underneath the Creator Studio. There's a "more" button with a drop-down arrow that reveals options for Expert Services and custom templates.

    Custom Templates

    The custom templates area allows you to purchase templates vetted by Kajabi. When you're in your website, product, or landing page area, you can upload these templates. Interestingly, if you've designed a cool page yourself, you can export it as a zip file to use as a template later.

    There's a wide variety of templates available, ranging from $50 to $80 US, with some as high as $800 US, depending on what you're looking for. You can find templates for websites, landing pages, products, bundles, funnels, and more. This is a great option if you don't want to build something yourself or aren't satisfied with the free templates.

    Expert Services

    The Expert Services section opens up in a different area and provides access to vetted experts. This can be incredibly helpful if you're looking to pay someone to do work for you. All the experts listed have star ratings and information on how many projects they've completed.

    While there might be around a hundred experts listed, choosing from this pool is likely to yield better results than searching on Google or Fiverr. These experts have proven experience with Kajabi projects and have been acknowledged by the platform.

    Finding the Right Expert

    To help you find the right expert, there's a "Start Project" button on the Kajabi logo page. This leads you through a process where you can specify what you're looking for, provide a description of your project, and receive recommendations based on your needs.

Located under the "Marketing" section in the toolbar, the funnel area offers a variety of templates to choose from when creating a new funnel. Each template serves a specific purpose, and it's recommended to watch the brief instructional video before using one. While funnels can be powerful marketing tools, it's worth noting that you can recreate them outside the funnel space using other Kajabi features if needed. Creating Funnels Outside the Funnel Space It's important to note that you can recreate all of these funnels outside of the funnel space using landing pages, forms, automations, and checkout pages. This is useful to know because funnels are limited in Kajabi plans. While you can create them in the funnel space, you can also replicate the funnel outside of Kajabi using other tools. Benefits of Using the Funnel Space There are some benefits to using the funnel space: You get different analytics for the funnel, which can be nice (though not amazing).Kajabi lets you see all the pieces of your funnel in its own unique funnel toolbar. While editing a page, the toolbar is on the left, allowing you to bounce between spaces easily. If you're jumping from a landing page to a form, checkout page, or email, it all happens seamlessly in one spot. This saves you from using multiple browser tabs or navigating back and forth between different areas. Visual Representation There's also a visual element that allows you to see your entire funnel at once. It shows you which page comes next, the automations attached to a form, and the email sequence. This visual representation of the funnel is quite useful. Automations and Connections One last benefit of the funnel builder is that all the automations and connections linking one step to the next are already done. This can be particularly useful for people new to Kajabi, as it builds all those connections for you. These connections include actions from the Sales Page button linking to either the Thank You Page or the Checkout Page, and the form subscribing to the email sequence. Additional Automations Even though these automations are pre-built, you may want to add new ones. I always recommend adding a tag automation to all actions someone takes on your site. This way, when you go into your contacts list, you can see what a person has done. Editing Funnel Pages If you go into your pages (website pages or landing pages) and click into one, you'll see "Funnel Pages" across the top in the toolbar. All your funnel pages created using a funnel template are stored there. You can edit them and do various things in that space as well. In conclusion, that's the Funnels area in a nutshell. If you haven't checked out those funnel templates yet, go watch some of those short videos. It's great to know what tools are available to you. Conclusion Kajabi Funnels offer a streamlined way to create marketing funnels with pre-built templates and automations. While they provide useful analytics and visual representations, it's important to remember that you can recreate these funnels using other Kajabi tools if you exceed your plan's funnel limit.
