  • Summary

  • Podcast Air Date: Monday, June 14, 2021

Topic: Be Mindful of Your Time

Note from Aimee J.You will do amazing today!

There are 1,440 minutes in a day.

If you get an average night’s sleep of 7 hours, you have 1020 minutes (17

hours) left. If you have a job or go to school, you usually lose another 10 hours,

which means you now have 420 minutes of your day left. That’s 7 hours for you

to decide what you’re going to do with your time during the weekday. You get

even more time back (hopefully) on the weekends. This will of course vary by

person, but the concept doesn’t change. You have more time than you realize to

do things. Be mindful of that and plan accordingly.

    Affirmations:

    You are Awesome.

    You are Loved.

You are Needed. And most importantly,

    YOU ARE ENOUGH.
