    Jordan has a degree in Health & Behaviour Science with a focus in Strength & Conditioning.

    He’s also Gary Vaynerchuk's former personal trainer & nutrition coach, not to mention a 5x world record powerlifter. He is also a precision nutrition & westside barbell certified coach. 


    In this episode we address and dispel common myths & misconceptions when it comes to fitness, fatloss, nutrition & mindset.
