In the beginning of the podcast I'll be giving you the backstory on my mental health from childhood when I was first diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 6. All the way past my life expectancy age of 39 (According to experts) to the age of 40 when I finally received my dual diagnosis of High Functioning Autism.  From there the topics will be wide-ranging from the list above with many guests to come. First guest lined up for the future is a certified hypnotherapist and mind coach.

My Goal: Is to help people better understand the Neurodiverse perspective. People fear what they don't know, I want to help educate that fear away.
