Through her experience with psychedelic therapy at Epic Healing, Jillian was able to make a profound shift in the way she thinks of herself - from the thought that there is something fundamentally damaged about who she is, to the understanding that she is a beautiful person who has been shaped by her trauma and neurodivergence, not defined by it.
