Jess shares her path to rowing (s/o to her fiancé for the job spot!) and her vision of the future of our sport, as well as a couple of laughs here and there. Jess' story is one of our favorites so far; someone so committed to making our sport a better place, having never done it, is someone special in our book. As always Lizzy & Ciara round out the episode exploring Jess' sexual awakening movie character (you'll never guess who) and her favorite + least favorite rowing experiences.
