  • Jim Essey serves as President/CEO of The TemPositions Group of Companies, one of the country’s largest regional staffing firms with operations in 9 states. It’s a family business started by his father in 1962. In full disclosure, I currently work there as a Client Representative, and love what I do. TemPositions is one of the few firms that offers a very broad range of workers across multiple skill categories including office support, accounting and finance, education, health care, legal, IT and hospitality.


    Jim holds an MBA from Harvard University and worked in various product management roles at Clairol, Inc. before joining TemPositions 37 years ago.
