  • On today's episode I talk about an event that has been a long time coming, an Ironman 70.3 event in Waco, TX. Commonly called "The Middle Distance" a 70.3 is the total distance among a 1.2mi swim, 56mi bike, and a 13.1mi run.


    I completed the event in 5:33:39 and was 25th in my age group. There is now no turning back from just seeing how far I can go in an arena I never thought I'd ever be in. Which is why I'm doubling down.
