  • In my first ever episode I take time introducing myself and my experiences that contribute to what I do here with NoPressurePDA. I also share how PDA has personally impacted my life, and the ups and downs of trying to live without knowing my diagnosis. 

    Finally I take some time trying to answer the question "What is PDA?" by reading through the description given by the current authority (The PDA Society, UK) and fleshing out that description with examples and some compare and contrast.
