Interview: Finding Relief From Mental Health Issues and Ulcerative Colitis With Lee

  • Summary

  • Lee's reason for living the Carnivore lifestyle is mostly managing mental health struggles along with a handful of physical ailments. Back in 2017 Lee, unfortunately, had his colon removed during his battle with Ulcerative Colitis. He believes this could have been avoided with the intervention of a Carnivorous diet. Sadly, it seems that most Doctors aren't so well-versed when it comes to nutrition, and this ultimately led to such extreme measures with the removal of his colon. Hopefully, sharing Lee's experiences will help those who are fighting their own inflammatory bowel disease or anyone who has an autoimmune disease in general. #lowcarb #keto #ketovore #carnivore #formerfatgirl #weightloss #lowcarblife #properhumandiet #properhumannutrition #nutrition #nutritioncoach #diabetes #health #wellness #nutritionist #obesity #obesityepidemic #transformation #chronicillness #chronicdisease #inflammation #nicolemalone #nutritiontalk #nutritioneducation #reaction #ulcerativecolitis #digestion #colon #digestion_and_absorption #digestionissues #fiber
