    During his 17 year tenure in charge of Citizens, CFG grew 30 fold and became one of the 10 largest commercial bank holding companies in the US.

    Outsideof banking, Larry recently retired as Chairman of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the largest educational publishing company in the US, and sits on the board of trustees of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also an honorary trustee of the Brookings Institute, a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and he is a retired board director of the iconic luxury brand Tiffany and Co. and of Textron, a leading global multi-industry company with brands including Cessna, Beechcraft and Bell Helicopter.

    Larry also chairs Bridge Over Troubled Waters, a Boston-area nonprofit providing services to runaway, homeless and high-risk youth, and the Fish Family Foundation, which administers the Japan Women’s Leadership initiative founded by Larry’s wife, Atsuko

In this episode, Will and Rich's guest is Mike Erwin, founder and Executive Director of Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) an organization that guides veterans through a journey of transition from a life of selfless service to building a post-service lifestyle with a strong focus on mental and physical health.

    Mike is a 2002 graduate of The U.S. Military Academy at West Point where he was commissioned as an officer and went on to serve three combat tours with the First Cavalry Division and 3rd Special Forces Group. Mike continues to serve the nation as a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves, assigned to the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he is an Assistant Professor. He is the co-author of LEAD YOURSELF FIRST by Bloomsbury Press (2017).

    Mike and his wife Genevieve live on a 32-acre farm in North Carolina, where they raise their five young children.
