I have struggled with my mental health for the past few years, especially in the past year. I have experienced several personal challenges, including the death of a loved one and a car accident that nearly took my life. I have broken my femur, and four ribs, and suffered a compression fracture. However, I believe that these experiences have helped me to grow and become stronger.I believe that there is a reason why I am still here. I believe that my purpose in life is not yet fulfilled. If there is a God, I believe that God has given me the strength to tell my story so that others who are going through similar challenges can know that they are not alone.I want to encourage anyone struggling with their mental health to know that you are not alone. You are worth something. You are worthy of love and happiness. Please reach out for help if you need it. There are many resources available to you.I would like to thank everyone who has shown their support for the podcast. Your messages of love and encouragement mean the world to me. You can find me on Instagram at @willfsimpson.I hope that everyone is doing well. I believe that any weapon/evil formed against anyone reading this including myself, will not prosper. I believe in the power of manifestation. I have seen it work in my own life. Whenever I have set a goal and believe in it, I have achieved it. I am grateful for the support of my listeners. It is the reason why I can do this podcast.
