    This is Jade's favorite episode of the season so far.

    We're back with episode 3's recap, "Burn Bridges." This week, we get Mel's backstory and learn her "why" as she starts the first day of the management program.

    Like Mel, sometimes you need some words of encouragement to help motivate you as embark you on a new journey. Jade share's her motivational song that helped sike her up before an interview (7:23).

    As we get deeper into the epiosde, we learn about Mel's relationship with Alex. Dating is hard, and love is complicated. But loving yourself is even harder. Jade breaks down the restaurant scene between Mel and Alex (36:59) and talks about dating as a plus size woman, being taken seriously as a girlfriend, and issues with being loved outwardly.

    Thankfully, Mel has surrounded herself with a pair of new supportive friends as she tries to navigate her frienship with Rory. But for some reason, Jade get's the vibe that Rory may think he's better than Mel (54:44) plus much more!
