Very Insightful

As an African woman I can hobestly say that I loved this series. Very insightful and eye opening. I love how you look at black history throughout different centuries and delve deeper into stories that we have heard.

Learnt so many new things!

Loved listening to ever second of this!
So much information (in the best of ways), learnt new things, some personal questions were answered and some new questions and curiosity towards certain topics!

Would recommend, especially if you are interested with cultural backgrounds of those past and present :)

Incredible

I was instantly hooked. Bonnie is a passionate yet measured presenter and storyteller. The research is properly credited, gaps in what is known are acknowledged and explored. An absolutely fascinating look at lesser known history from ancient to modern times.
