ITMP #010 The "Plant Medicine" Revolution w/ Jacob Aday, PhD

  • Summary

  • In this episode of The Into The Mystic Podcast, your host Kurt sits down with Jacob Aday of Central Michigan's University's Department of Psychology, who recently completed his dissertation on the psychological affects of persons participating in traditional ceremonies involving the psychedelic brew Ayahuasca.  The conversation touches on many of the major studies ongoing in the field of psychedelic research and the extraordinarily promising results being reported from these efforts, including highly consequential clinical trials currently underway.  It appears highly likely that Jacob and his peers are standing on the threshold of a revolution in psychology.  This week's featured musical artists comprise the band "Kellerville."
