    Fern has been in the fitness and wellness field for over 35 years.  She is Owner/founder of Dancing Lion Studio. Fern is  ERYT800 Yoga Teacher and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  She is Lead Teacher for the studios Training courses and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.  Fern teaches all levels of Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Kids, Sound Healing & more.  Her passion is building community and making yoga accessible for all.  Fern has taught at many yoga expos and also leads corporate wellness programs & retreats that include team building and inspirational topics as well as movement based classes.
