Welcome to another episode of the Triathlon Mental Performance Podcast.

In this episode, I talk about how to prevent panic in open water.

Please also feel free to share this episode with a friend or teammate that experiences panic in open water and typically on race day.

This is one of the most common challenges that Age Groupers experience and I'm known for taking you as athletes through a short program to prevent this.

If you have any questions about this episode or would like to chat about how we can work together, you are welcome to email me at neil@neiledge.com

I've taken athletes through a 3 call program to completely prevent this from happening.

I've also created a 1 hour video PowerPoint presentation, for those athletes who are not able to work with me for financially reasons (I appreciate how expensive this sport is hence creating this video PowerPoint.

Click here to watch the free trailer video where I share details of what I talk about on the video PowerPoint.
