  • We are two addicts in recovery who also happen to be mother and daughter. At some points in our relationship, we didn’t speak and at other times we were completely codependent but toxic. However, through getting sober, we were able to heal our relationship and form a bond we never thought possible. The name of the podcast, "How I Met My Mother, Sober" is a play on words of how we each met one another sober. So, tune in as we share our journey! We hope you'll stick around as we dig in and confront past traumas and memories and hopefully, relate when we discuss the craziness of addiction and all that goes along with it!
