Holistic Healing with Hayleigh

  • Summary

  • Hayleigh is a Massage therapist and Reiki Master. Her first yoga class was ten years ago, at the age of 19. Hayleigh began yoga for her body to become more flexible, feel more connected, and strengthen herself. It was like a light bulb went off in her head, and she knew what she wanted to do. She trained with DVDs rented from a library to practice and become a yoga instructor. Hayleigh explains the techniques she uses with clients during Reiki, yoga, and massage therapy. Through her journey of falling in love with her practices, she found infinite love for cannabis while doing meditation and yoga. As her passion for cannabis grew, she found the Cleveland School of Cannabis. Attending the school is only part of her dream to open a herbal yoga and treatment facility. Learn about the Chakras, different types of meditation, a spiritual journey, and more! Join our twenty-minute guided meditation at the end of this episode.
