Breath work is something we all can and should tap into. Nick Wingo stumbled upon it when he was looking for ways to heal his cPTSD. After 18 years as a firefighter, Nick had experienced a lot of trauma. In his quest for healing he tried everything from treatment centers to ketamine sessions. While those things had their benefits, Nick needed something he could utilize daily.
While he noticed small changes early on, it took about 3 months before major changes took place. Now, Nick accumulates around 2 hours of breath work throughout the day, every day. With a real passion for helping other men, Nick now has dedicated his life to teaching this art to others. We all store trauma in our bodies, and getting in touch with your body through breath work is a great way to get your energy moving again.
