  • For our inaugural episode we celebrate the culmination of Black History Month and invited Whitney Rascoe, a young successful Black REALTOR® from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, to discuss the importance of generational wealth and the power of knowledge. Whitney tells her story of becoming the youngest home owner in her family and how attending one home ownership class changed her legacy forever. Whitney’s story is a testament to her dedication, but also an example of a much greater need: homeownership education in underserved communities is an immediate need.
