2023 word of the year and an incredibly damaging emotional abuse tactic, Gaslighting has been top of mind for many people lately. We will talk about our own experiences with it, as well as the many different methods of gaslighting and how it can psychologically damage the recipient. We will also give you tools for dealing with a "gaslighter" and hopefully make it feel a little less terrible.
